A couple weeks ago, I got an AMAZING package in the mail. DID YOU SEE IT? It was on my instagram and twitter (follow me here and here). This week I am teaming up with my one of my favorite companies, Nature’s Bakery to talk to you about their Fig Bar. For the past several months, Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars have been my go to for a quick an easy on the go snack for road trips, meetings, school, and just when you are on an outing.
From the start, I claimed my favorite flavor, APPLE CINNAMON! I mean, come on, how is that not the best one? But then, I had the opportunity to try all of the flavors Nature’s Bakery had to offer. There are definitely some that will never be my favorite, but I enjoyed many of those that I did not think I would. 
Did you know that they made Gluten Free Fig Bars? These are made with a special blend of Ancient Grains – Amaranth, Teff, and Sorghum. I personally am not gluten free, but when I can I try to find new foods that are gluten free that still taste delicious. Because these bars are gluten free, the texture for me was more powder-y. It was not my favorite, especially because I can eat the regular ones, but the Pomegranate Flavor was really divine!
I love the fact that Nature’s Bakery cares about my health and what they put into their food. I love that they use Stone Ground Whole Wheat and all of their products are Non-GMO Project Verified, Vegan and Kosher Certified. They are great all around and so much better tasting in my opinion.
Not only do I recommend trying these bars (my favorites are apple cinnamon, strawberry, mango, raspberry, and peach apricot), but I cannot wait to try their NEW Brownie Bars! They look scrumptious!

Those look really good, I love fig bars! =) I’d love to try the strawberry! I’ve been looking for something delicious and filling to take with me to places like church when I need a snack.
I’m a huge blueberry fan, but the Peach Apricot sounds delicious too!
